ABSOLUTE MAINTENANCE cc is a family owned and operated business based in Bloubergstrand, servicing the Western Cape.

Robert and Angie Cox lived in London the past nine years and returned ''home'' in 2009. While Angie worked as a book keeper and an accountant, Robert, a qualified carpenter, enjoyed a successful career in property maintenance and management. After 6 years working in the Industry, he joined Osborne's as a Supervisor where he was promoted through the ranks to the position of Manager of the Council Maintenance Division. The company managed more than 20 thousand council and private properties, maintaining them across all trades from plumbing to painting. Robert was primarily responsible for overseeing a sizeable team of supervisors, tradesmen and subcontractors. He had to adhere to the high British standards in workmanship, safety and security to keep both the client and tenant satisfied.

Now back in South Africa, they offer their skills to Body Corporates, Housing Associations, Property Syndicates and in fact to any property owner or tenant, fed-up with shoddy workmanship and broken promises.
