Services

We offer various levels of cover and services for all your house hold and property maintenance and repairs, or we can negotiate a tailor made option for your specific needs. All the services detailed below are offered seperately.

Level One - Quote and fix

Call us with a detailed description of the problem or emergency and the location of the property. We in turn will visit the premises if required and quote you as soon as possible. This quotation will include the cost of materials, labour and travel with a clear indication of when we can attend to the repair and how long it would take.

For emergency and after hour repairs we will initially carry out a ''make safe'' at an hourly rate, before following our normal procedures.

Please note that it is the caller's responsibility to arrange access to the property or common areas to carry out repairs as we take no responsibility for undue delays.

Level Two: - Regular Inspections

This service offers a full inspection of each of your properties on a regular basis, at intervals agreed. This service can be invaluable as a pre and post tenant occupancy inspection.

The report may include the following;

  • preventative repairs and maintenance and when it should be carried out.
  • any abuse or negligence to your property by your tenants and or their pets
  • for block owners and body corporates, this report will also include common areas e.g. stairwells, lifts, exterior of building
  • any special requests to be added to the inspection report.
Level Three: - Maintenance Contract

Multiple property owners, body corporates and the like may negotiate a yearly, budget friendly, all inclusive labour and call-out contract where you pay only for items replaced or materials used.
